Support for lingering symptoms after a COVID vaccine
For most people, side effects after a COVID vaccine pass within days. For a small number, symptoms linger for weeks or months: exhaustion, brain fog, palpitations, nerve pain, new sensitivities or cycle changes.
If that’s you, you may feel dismissed, or unsure where to turn. Your symptoms are real, and you deserve to be taken seriously.
I work alongside your medical care, using the same root-cause approach I use for post-viral fatigue: calming inflammation, supporting your nervous system and immune balance, and rebuilding energy, gut health and nutrient status.

Symptoms I support
- Ongoing fatigue and post-exertional crashes
- Brain fog and poor concentration
- Palpitations or a racing heart on standing
- Tingling, nerve pain or muscle aches
- New food reactions, flushing, itching or hives
- Sleep problems and feeling wired
- Menstrual changes
- Digestive symptoms that started afterwards
New chest pain, breathlessness, palpitations or neurological symptoms always need medical assessment first. I work alongside your doctor, not instead of them.

What I look at
- Inflammation and immune balance. Calming an immune system that hasn’t switched off.
- Histamine and mast cells. Many post-viral and post-vaccine clients develop new histamine-type reactions.
- The nervous system. Supporting the stress response, sleep and heart rate regulation.
- Energy production. Nutrients that support mitochondria and steady energy.
- Gut health. The gut is central to immune balance and inflammation.
- Nutrient status. Iron, B12, folate, vitamin D, magnesium and omega-3.
- Hormones and blood sugar, which affect energy and recovery.
How I work with you
Recovery is rarely linear, so we go at a pace that suits your body.
- Investigate. Your symptoms, timeline, medical tests so far and overall health.
- Test where it helps. Functional blood analysis, a histamine or methylation DNA test, or a stool test.
- Plan. Anti-inflammatory nutrition, targeted supplements and gentle pacing.
- Support. Regular check-ins as your symptoms change.

Post-vaccine symptoms FAQs
Do you give advice on whether to have vaccines?
No. Vaccine decisions are for you and your doctor. My role is supporting your recovery and overall health if you’re experiencing lingering symptoms.
Is this the same as long COVID support?
The symptoms often overlap, and so does much of the approach. I also support people with lingering symptoms after a COVID infection.
Can you diagnose a vaccine injury?
No. Diagnosis needs your doctor or a specialist. I focus on nutrition and lifestyle support alongside your medical care.
Is it safe to take supplements alongside my medication?
I check every recommendation against your medications and health history, and I’m happy to liaise with your doctor.
Do you work with clients outside the UK?
Yes. All consultations are online and I work with clients around the world. Most of the tests I use can be shipped internationally.
Will I need functional testing?
Not always. Testing is optional, and I only recommend tests that will change what we do. We decide together on your strategy call.
