Laura helped us put together a nutritional plan for our 2-year-old, who has gut issues alongside quite severe eczema. She arranged a stool test, talked us through the results and created a phased supplement plan to support his gut health.

What I really appreciated was how mindful she was of his age and how measured her approach was. She kept doses small and was careful not to overload him with lots of supplements at once. She also explained that his body needs a chance to learn and produce certain things on its own, rather than just supplementing everything, which really made sense to me and felt like a thoughtful approach for such a young child.

In short, I would recommend Laura to anyone who thinks they need help with their nutrition — and even more so to those who think they don't.

I worked with Laura on and off for many years, seeking only surface-level nutrition advice and refusing to believe that nutrition was at the core of my health issues. That changed last year, when a serious autoimmune episode forced me to finally do the deeper work.

Laura responded swiftly, helping me arrange all the necessary tests while already forming a clear picture of the likely underlying issues — recommending targeted supplements in the meantime to get me started. I had a very positive experience working with Laura. Laura has been brilliant, I had gut health testing and blood work done to find out what was going on. Using the data she created a health plan including supplements needed to rebalance my gut health, nutrition advice etc. If like me you found the NHS really unhelpful with diagnosing and treating you, then it’s well worth giving Laura a try. When Laura says she works like a detective - she means it!
Working with her has been so enlightening and empowering. I was looking for answers to a few ongoing issues and I now them. I only worked with Laura for a short time, but during that period I found her to be professional, understanding, and supportive.

Unfortunately, I wasn't able to continue due to the complex and chronic nature of my health condition, particularly my hypersensitive digestive system, which made it difficult for me to tolerate the supplements that were being recommended.

This wasn't a reflection on Laura or her approach, but rather the limitations of my body at this time. That said, I appreciated her care, responsiveness, and the way she communicated throughout. After months of having gut issues I searched for a nutritionist for some help and found Laura. Even though I worked with her for 6 months, my symptoms had mostly disappeared after just a couple weeks thanks to her recommendations and dietary changes which was a great relief! We also looked deeply into other issues I had asked for help with from recovery from bjj and an active lifestyle to ways to support my mental health. Laura didn't just help with all of the above she has also provided me with what is essentially a toolkit if the gut issues reappear and a better understanding of my body as a whole, which is a brilliant upgrade for daily life.
