Refund Policy for Personalised 1-to-1 Nutritional Therapy Programmes

Thank you for choosing Laura Lam Nutrition Ltd for your personalised 1-to-1 nutritional therapy programmes. We are committed to providing you with the highest level of service and support throughout your journey towards better health and well-being.
This Refund Policy outlines the terms and conditions for refund requests associated with our three primary programmes: “The Investment”, “The Fundamentals” and “The Go-Getter Functional Health Subscription.”
2. The Investment (6-Month Programme) & The Fundamentals (3-Month Programme)
2.1. 14-Day Full Refund: Clients who have enrolled in “The Investment” 6-month programme or “The Fundamentals” 3-month programme, have the option to request a full refund within 14 days of their initial payment, provided they have not yet commenced the programme.
2.2. Partial Refund After Commencement: Once the programme has commenced, clients may be eligible for a partial refund for any unused portion of the programme. The refund amount will be calculated based on the number of sessions or services that were not provided to the client. 3. The Go-Getter Functional Health Subscription (Monthly Programme)
3.1. Non-Refundable After Monthly Subscription Charge: Clients enrolled in “The Go-Getter Functional Health Subscription” understand that their monthly subscription fee is non-refundable after the payment has been charged. We encourage clients to evaluate their commitment and satisfaction with the programme before their next monthly billing cycle.
3.2. Cancellation Policy: If you wish to cancel your subscription, you must do so at least 14 days before the next billing cycle to avoid being charged for the following month. You can cancel your subscription by contacting our support team through email or phone. We do not provide refunds for monthly subscriptions that have already been charged.
