Nutritional Therapy is a practice that focuses on personalised nutrition. There is no perfect diet for all, because each one of us has different DNA, lifestyle, nutritional needs and gut bacteria. My programmes help you get to the root cause of the symptoms that are causing you grief, and then I use nutrition and lifestyle to correct biochemical or bacterial imbalances.

My approach is based on Functional Medicine and science, whereby I look at all the different body systems and identify any imbalances, deficiencies or excesses. Everything in the body is connected and I work on you as a whole person, not just based on your symptoms.
